Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Landnextrole for access to our websites, dashboards, AI tools, resume workflows, interview practice, coaching features, subscription plans, and related services.

By creating an account, signing in, starting checkout, using a free feature, or continuing to use Landnextrole after these terms are updated, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you are in India, you must generally be at least 18 years old or use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may use Landnextrole for your own career preparation or on behalf of an organization only if you are authorized to bind that organization.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it current, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

We may require verification, reset credentials, limit access, or suspend an account when we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, payment risk, security risk, or a violation of these terms.

Landnextrole helps users explore career paths, analyze resumes, generate role roadmaps, tailor resumes, practice interviews, track preparation progress, and receive AI coaching. Features may vary by plan, region, experiment, device, or account status.

AI outputs are generated from the information you provide and from system instructions. They can be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific role, employer, industry, visa status, or location. You should review and edit all outputs before relying on them.

• Resume and ATS feedback is guidance, not a guarantee that an applicant tracking system or recruiter will rank you in a particular way.
• Mock interview scores, readiness indicators, and roadmap progress are coaching signals, not employment decisions.
• Career, compensation, and job-market suggestions are informational and should not replace professional, legal, financial, or immigration advice.

You keep ownership of the resumes, profile details, career history, interview answers, documents, messages, assessments, and other content you submit to Landnextrole.

You grant Landnextrole a limited license to host, process, copy, display, transform, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support the service. This includes creating AI-generated suggestions, storing drafts, showing previews, and syncing progress across your account.

You agree not to misuse Landnextrole, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected systems, submit malware, impersonate another person, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, or use the service for unlawful hiring, discrimination, spam, fraud, or harassment.

You may not upload confidential employer materials, third-party resumes, proprietary interview questions, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information unless you have the right to do so and it is necessary for your use of the service.

Some features require a paid plan. Prices, plan limits, free trials, renewal periods, and included features are shown at checkout or in your account. Amounts may be listed in INR, USD, or another supported currency and may be subject to GST, taxes, payment gateway charges, or bank fees.

Payments may be handled by Razorpay or another authorized provider. We do not collect or store full card, UPI, net banking, or wallet credentials on Landnextrole servers. Your payment provider may apply its own terms.

Unless a checkout screen says otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel from account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund fees already paid, except where required by law or expressly stated in a plan offer.

For users in India, Landnextrole intends to comply with applicable Indian requirements including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology Rules, applicable consumer protection and e-commerce rules, and applicable digital personal data protection requirements as they come into force.

If a payment, invoice, free trial, cancellation, grievance, or data request relates to India, we may ask for reasonable information to verify the account, transaction, or request before acting on it.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer, data protection, or other mandatory law.

Landnextrole may connect with third-party services such as Google sign-in, Razorpay checkout, analytics providers, cloud hosting, email delivery, video or speech tools, and AI model providers. Their services are controlled by their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party job boards, employer decisions, recruiting platforms, browser extensions, social networks, or links that you choose to use outside Landnextrole.

Landnextrole, including its software, design, brand, templates, workflows, prompts, models, documentation, and non-user content, is owned by Landnextrole or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You may use outputs created for your account for your personal career preparation, applications, and interviews, subject to these terms and any plan limits.

Landnextrole is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI output, a particular job outcome, or compatibility with every employer system.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Landnextrole will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, or employment decisions made by third parties.

We may update the service and these terms as the product, laws, and business needs change. Material changes will be posted on the site or communicated through reasonable in-product or email notice.

You may stop using Landnextrole at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or the platform, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service unlawfully.

These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable law for the account, transaction, and place where the service is offered. For India-based users and India-specific transactions, Indian law and competent courts in India may apply unless mandatory law requires another forum.
