- Education and certifications for formal qualification
Handle variants without awkward repetition
Use the full term with the standard acronym once when both are common, such as customer relationship management (CRM). Prefer the spelling in the job description when it is accurate, and add a recognized equivalent only when it helps a reader understand the match.
